Our practice is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, some of our providers are in-network with Aetna PPO and the Aetna Northwestern Student Health Insurance Plan.
We are an out-of-network provider with most other insurance plans and provide documentation to clients should they wish to submit for reimbursement by their insurance carrier.
